Typically we respond within 2 hours of the call, unfortunately there are times where our area is in a “state of emergency” and our response time may be delayed.
We work with every insurance company and will submit everything including our invoice directly to your insurance company for you.

Insurance deductibles can vary by company and policy; only your insurance company can tell you that. MasterDry understands that you do not plan for an emergency and does not charge your deductible up front for an insurance claim. Once we have been paid by the insurance company if the deductible is due we will then contact you for payment.
